Veterinary Receptionist

Rachel joined us in Jun'25. Before joining UVC, she spent 13 years working in the hospitality industry. In 2025, she decided to channel her strong customer service skills into something more meaningful by caring for and supporting animals.

Recognising that pets often mean the world to their owners, she finds great satisfaction and fulfilment in supporting both patients and their families in every possible way.

During her free time, Rachel enjoys gardening, kayaking and spending time with her 4 cats. She also has a passion for watching ballet and musicals.
