Payment

Modes of Payment:
For your convenience, we accept cash, debit cards and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). All credit cards must be signed by the authorized owner.

Please note we do not accept credit or debit card payments for purchases under $25. We apologise for this inconvenience.

Payment schedule:
Please note that payment is expected once services are rendered, so that we can focus on your pet’s needs and customer service, without having lapses in billings affect our operational capabilities. For outpatients, all outstanding bills must be paid in full on the same day of consultation. For in-patients or hospitalization cases, a deposit inclusive of GST is required at admission, with the full balance paid on the day of discharge. Any outstanding bills may be referred to a debt collection agency for resolution. We do not accept installment plans.

Billing Estimates:
We provide price estimates for all surgeries and day hospitalizations. If you did not receive an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any point in time. Please note that these estimates are subject to change, pending your pet’s medical status and needs.
